We ship everything free to our customers. You don't need a minimum order amount or anything else—it's simply free!

Current Region: We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Europe.

How long does it take to receive my order? +

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday, allowing time for quality checks and careful packaging before dispatch.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, parcels are usually delivered within 3 to 14 business days. Timings may vary depending on courier networks and local handling, but we always aim for a smooth, reliable service.

Tracking: As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey.

What is your return policy? +

We want you to shop with complete confidence. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Personalized products cannot be returned
  • Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear) cannot be returned unless unopened and unused

Refunds: Processed within 14 days after receiving the return via the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For defective products: No cost to the customer
  • For change of mind returns: Actual return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

How can I initiate a return? +
